Cat on a Hot Tin Roof - Brisbane Arts Theatre
In the wealthy Pollitt family, tensions run as hot as the steamy Mississippi weather. Then there is Maggie, the beautiful, neglected “cat”. Tennessee Williams’ Pulitzer Prize-winning drama is unmissable.

Popcorn - Pavilion Theatre
Phoenix Ensemble explores this question through Ben Elton’s black comedy Popcorn, opening at the Pavilion Theatre in Beenleigh on 13 August. Set a month after the crash, Engine is the story of 'Grumpop' who lost a grandson and Natasha who lost a brother. Natasha wants to remember Stevie by finishing the project car he was working on before the crash. Grumpop is a retired mechanic and he could help but he just wants to put it all behind him. Two actors play all the characters: parents, grief counsellors, driving instructors, crash dummies, ghosts and survivors...

My Sublime Shadow - Old Museum Building
The production investigates the Jungian archetype of the Shadow - our darker sides and our chaotic wild selves, our demons and our fears. Carita Farrer - Drift
Outrageous and Fabulous are words that come to mind when describing CARITA FARRER, the new world class addition to Drift’s successful foray into live music. It’s a real treat to have Carita back in Brisbane after an absence of over two years touring the world with her husband Hayden Spencer and their two children whilst Hayden performed the role of ‘Clown Vincente’ for Cirque du Soleil’s Dralion.
